My son is just shy of 4 months old, but he’s been in my life a lot longer.

Just over one year ago, on January 1, 2018, I found out I was pregnant.

I still remember sneaking off to the bathroom to take an at-home test on New Year’s Day. Just a couple days prior, a test said I wasn’t pregnant. But I had a hunch, and wanted to know for sure.
